1General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Win Vib platform and all its services. They are in effect whether you access the platform via the Win Vib website, mobile app, or any other channel.

Win Vib reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• Bangladeshi courts have jurisdiction over the resolution of any disputes.
• Win Vib does not, under any circumstances, facilitate activities that violate the laws of the relevant country.
• The Bengali version of these terms shall be considered the authoritative version.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to register with Win Vib. Use of Win Vib by minors is strictly prohibited. Win Vib may request proof of identity at any time to verify your age.

Accurate and up-to-date information is required at the time of registration. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance at any time.

• Each individual may hold a maximum of one account.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• Your account may not be shared with or used by anyone else.
• The mobile number and email provided at registration must be verified.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.

3Deposit & Payment Policy

Win Vib currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳100, and the maximum is set by Win Vib and subject to change.

Deposits are generally instant. If a deposit fails for any reason, the funds will be returned via the original payment method. Win Vib does not charge any fees on deposits, though the payment provider's own charges may apply.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Using a third-party payment method may result in account suspension.
• Win Vib reserves the right to hold any suspicious transactions at any time.
• Deposits are non-refundable once completed, except in cases of chargebacks or technical errors.

4Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw from Win Vib. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 BDT. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1–24 hours, though additional verification may cause delays in some cases.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Win Vib may place suspicious withdrawal requests on hold for review.
• Withdrawals above a certain amount may require additional KYC documentation.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Win Vib regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free lottery tickets, and more. Each bonus and promotion has its own terms, which are listed on the offers page.

• Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire.
• Wagering requirements vary per bonus — typically 10–30x the deposit+bonus amount.
• Multiple bonuses may not be usable at the same time.
• Win Vib reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting on Win Vib are powered by a certified random number generator (RNG). Each game has its own rules, which can be reviewed before the game begins.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, Win Vib may void or review the affected bets.
• For Sports Betting, bets will be refunded if an event is cancelled.
• Odds in live betting may change at any time; the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed will apply.
• Win Vib reserves the right to investigate suspicious betting patterns.

7Prohibited Activities

Win Vib is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Using another member's account, or buying or selling accounts.
• Deliberately abusing the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Using fraudulent or stolen payment methods.
• Attempting to breach platform security or hack the system.
• Assisting minors in accessing or using Win Vib.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Win Vib reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Members may also request to close their own account at any time.

• If an account is closed at the member's request, the remaining balance will be returned — excluding any bonus balance.
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the remaining balance may be forfeited.
• Win Vib may apply a maintenance fee to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.
• Any pending bets will be settled before an account is closed.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

• Win Vib's maximum liability is limited to the member's account balance.
